Ground your Tuesday with a Vinyasa yoga session at Glasshouse (email us to register)

Yoga is the practice of stilling the mind. we try to remove disturbances from our mind and relax our body through the Vinyasa which means to link breath with movement. Therefore, class will start with heat building Sun Salutation, move into standing and balancing poses to find stability and fluidity, and continue into groundening heart-opening and forward folds. Class will end with Pranayama (Breathing exercises) and an introduction to seated meditation.

Adi Eytan is an Israeli performer and teacher based in brooklyn. She received her 200-hour Yoga certification and completed the mentorship program through Yoga Vida, in addition to prior Pilates training and certification through Steele Pilates.

Glasshouse is the art-life-lab of artist Lital Dotan & photographer Eyal Perry, hosting artistic practices that are based on performance, participation and time based art in the domestic sphere. 
Glasshouse in Williamsburg hosts performances, screenings, workshops, residency program and special events, all dedicated to promote deeper understanding of performative practices and social discourse.
